Today, was my first time jogging. I had never done it before but kinda felt like it today. I felt horrible, as like 7 mins after start, I started feeling LIKE HELL... wanting to throw up and stuff....

...is this normal? If so, how can I avoid it next time?

Yes, jogging is hell. Just look where the whole world is heading for. Let the madmen do it. Don't worry how many they are. Never do what the flock does. It's not normal to turn a city into a stadium. It's just massive hypnosis which started just 20 years ago. Do natural things without straining yourself, and you'll discover how the real world looks like. Jogging is a form of alienation for the masses.

Good start and you're on the right path. CONGRATULATIONS! Now you know exactly where you stand in the fitness category.

From now on, plan to jog 7 minutes each day BUT DO IT SLOWER so as not to tire yourself too soon. Then walk for 53 more minutes for a total of 1 hour. The extra walking time is to get your weight down a little UNLESS you are totally muscular guy. If you are totally muscular, then the added walking will increase your endurance.

Good Luck

PS. 1 day a week, REST.

Yes, if this is your first time jogging, it can be normal. You're most likely not in that good of shape right now. Jogging is healthy and a great form of excercise but before you just start going jogging and running a lot, try to just alternate between jogging and walking for some time to get your body used to it. Just walk for 5 minutes and then jog for 2 minutes and go back and forth like that until your body starts to get into better condition.

Too much too soon. Take it easy start with short run, take your time and build up on that. Exertion is a bad thing. What is your weight like???
