i kept having a dream where i would cough and big pieces of glass would come out my mouth and then my mouth is full of blood but it did not scare me does anyone no wat this means.

Glass in a dram usually symbolizes a reflection of yourself. If shattered, it means there are broken pieces of yourself.
Considering the mouth full of blood (symbolizes life) and you're coughing up the glass (pieces of yourself), long story short, you're losing yourself.

The glass represent how you speak in a very transparent way where people have no doubt of what you are saying. But the words that you speak are harmful to you and you do not realize it. Blood represents loss of life.
