I can't say for sure, but I have a very strong feeling of Him in the nurseries in the hospitals.

GOD is, there is no "where"
if God was at a "where" he woould be located and therefore limited. The essence of God is existence, His own uncaused, noncontingent existence. A real "being" that transcend the transitory nature of contingent beings like us, that can "not be" at a certain limited and located point in time. God transcends these categories and is simple uncaused existence outside of time and locality: Perfect ISNESS. That is why God is "I AM WHO AM".

Good question!
He can be found in his word.Apart from his word(the bible) you will never have a relationship with him.The key is believing.Believing his word is a must.You must believe.
Christians talk to God by praying in Jesus name.God talks to us through his word

He exists in a different dimensionality that transcends time and space. Science has proven the possibility of 8 dimensional and 10 dimensional space.
