but yet they want to go after local companies that hire illegals, at the company i own i was even told that you cant enforce a background check, and to tell you the truth i couldnt tell a fake id from a real one unless it was really bad,, then if you dont hire because you suspect that they are illegal then you can get sued if they are not,,and wether or not they speak english does not apply, because i have a nice korean lady working for me and i can hardly understand her,,so what can a business owner do, thanks to all that answer

Some at the federal (Kennedy, Bush, etc) don't want enforcement, so they don't want the states and local gov'ts making the attempt. We need to go after the deliberate employers first, but we also need to locate and deport all illegal aliens.
If they need replaced, then we have a vast pool of people wanting to come legally to choose from.
