There are many good online support groups. Start with Eyes on the Prize, which is a group for gynocological cancers:
Eyes on the Prize
http://www.eyesontheprize.org/
National Cervical Cancer Coalition
http://www.nccc-online.org/
ACOR: Mailing list - Gynecological Cancers Online Support Group
http://listserv.acor.org/archives/gyn-onc.html
Incidentally, you might want to go for a second opinion in regards to an inoperable cancer . . sometimes a different surgeon with different skills can operate. Always investigate your options. Check out new drugs, gamma knife and radiofrequency ablation as possible treatments to use in conjunction with surgery.
Stay strong and keep fighting! Hopefully you'll be able to join some of the online support groups and find people with similar circumstances to guide you.

First . change your attitude about not being operable or curable. you can beat cancer. talk to many more doctors.
do NOT give in to it.
my sister's doctor said she had inoperable cancer. today she is cancer free. we did a lot of our own research. do not believe what one doctor thinks. YOU can do a lot on your own.
sounds crazy, but my sister thought the cancer away. Your brain is capable of doing just that. you still need the therapy. look for alternatives on the Internet. you will prevail. but you really have to believe it.
it has nothing to do with prayer or religion or god.
YOU have more power in you than you realize.
YOU need to be in control of your body. "YOU"; meaning your brain. focus on healing yourself. I know this because I never get sick, because I refuse to be sick.
go to those groups on the Internet. find support groups, but only if those support groups are positive. do not join support group that feel sorry for each other. only be with people that have a positive energy flow to heal you. have your friends flow positive energy towards you. stay away from people that feel sorry for you.
Smile be happy. you will overcome your temporary dilemma
Good Luck

Consider checking out the site www.tomotherapy.com
Look up a treatment center closest to you and go see one of their docs. This machine can treat many cancers that once were considered inoperable before so I urge you to check that website. It would have been helpful if you had posted your type of cancer but please check it out.
