If you are not a US citizen, you cannot get a US passport. Hawaii is a state, part of the United States, and there is no need for a passport to travel there.

No, I don't believe so. If you are already in the United States, there shouldn't really be a problem. However, you should already have a passport if you came here from another country legally.

sure. i take advantage of my US passport continuously, while i'm flying in the u . s . a .. It saves time and aggravation. each and each state's motive force's licenses look distinctive besides, and that i save the license for valid backup, in case 2 styles of identity are mandatory.
