It's funny how you put this, but isn't most dirt from decade skin? I could be wrong but if we were made from something does it not make sence to return to it as well? God created the mold of Adam from dirt Adam was Adam without it, soul and all. I'm not preachin I'm just thinkin aloud.

The Hebrew be conscious for 'earth' is adamah, and that's somewhat especially the place we get the call 'Adam' from. all your *poof*ing approximately is coming from a Christian attitude. look at it somewhat from the Jewish one. Over 3000 years in the past we had a clue that dwelling issues have been in factor linked with the land. we ought to no longer have been waiting to place out the biology, minerals taken up via vegetation and grew to become right into a variety which would be assimilated via people, yet we did comprehend the place we got here from. examine those passages back understanding that words are somewhat significant to all of Judaism. regardless of metaphysical actuality could or would possibly no longer underlie them, those passages are approximately naming and the introduction of language.

One of the "Bible rules" is that whatever something is "made form" indicates where it has authority. For example, the Bible says that the fish were created in the water. Because that is where they have authority. While the birds were created in the air (not on the land).

By creating man's body from the elements of the earth, it shows that man has authority in the "earth" or physical realm. But note also that Genesis 2:7 (where it talks about man being formed from the "dust") also says that God breathed into him his own breath (the word is also common translated throughout the Bible as "spirit"), and the results was a living soul.

So he was actually created from TWO different "elements". He has a body which was made from the physical, but also a spirit that was made from God himself. Together, they form a soul, which controls the mind, will and emotions.

So man has authority in two different realms. He not only is able to touch and understand the physical around him because of his "earth" body, but is able to understand the spiritual and moral universe around him. Man alone is able to understand the existence of God. That is because he is also made from "God" material. This gives him a mind, which unlike any other creature, is able to think in both realms.

It is a vivid demonstration of what we are worth if we do not follow the Way to eternal life -- worthless as dirt. God did most things recorded in the Bible as a teaching tool for our sakes.

He is the Potter and we are the clay He molds. He can use broken pieces.

He did not NEED the dirt. He could have made us out of nothing like He spoke this universe to its existence...but He already had dirt, and He decided to use it. : )

I like the end result. We could make better choices though.

According to Scientists (D- Hell) water ran across the rocks and dirt, picking up elements, and mixing them into life in the primordinal ocean. From there, it was a simple matter of intelligently engineering those protocells into human beings, including Adam. And yes, He DID make the rocks and dirt Himself. He started with a Word that Science calls the Cosmic Egg. Remember: Words are made out of vibrations. Scientists call those 'strings'.

Look at where the christian god came from, lots of sand/dirt there. If someone were to fantasize an origin story together he would almost naturally choose it. Plus you can lord it over people by constantly reminding them they are dirt/sand/common.
