from what my friend told me, when he was 18 he had his friends younger sister who was 17 hold his phone for a while she disapered for a good amount og time and fond out that she used his phone and ran up the bill. He was at a party got a little drunk and went by her house to get his phone back she refused he grabed her purse and got his phone gave the purse back and got charged with something aguenst a minor thats why he got in trouble. I didn't get too much of the detail. My friend is already coming to move to my house in VA I'm going to pick her up from GA in 2 weeks. . She just wanted to know how long he was going to be stuck before they DE came and get him He really isn't a bad guy just maid a stupid mistake.

Many different conditions / situations/ variables can abound, affecting and effecting his incarceration. I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY !!! I suggest you contact the local district attorney, and pose your question. ? Is he fighting extradition? Nature of the out of state crime ? Why did he leave the other state, to avoid prosecution?

I am thinking they can keep him there until the DE state police transfer arrangments are made.
There is no set time or amount of days, etc.. it is a matter of how the two departments work it out

At this point why does it matter? He is in jail, he is going to be extradited to answer to a warrant...

So somehow, someway he got a warrant & never delt with it.... is it better to just advise her he will be away from whatever period of time it will take......

If you are really her friend, you will tell her to dump the guy immediately. Nothing good will ever come from getting involved with his type - regardless of what crime he was convicted of.
