keep urself occupied with ur fav. activity and it can be anything from dancing to collecting stams. enjoy a trip to nature coz nature has wonderful things to offer. do go with ur friends and chat with them. create a positive surroundings like cutting positive statements from any magazine, newspaper or any other source. if u r unable to find any of them then do write some positive affirmations ON A BIG SIZE PAPER like LIFE IS WORTH LIVING, I AM AS GOOD AS ANYBOBDY ON THIS PLANET CAN BE, I AM THE HAPPIEST INDIVIDUAL OF THIS PLANET, I AM AT THE PINNACLE OF THIS EARTH. read rhe biographies of so called great people. stop playing the vitim-victim game. do feel like a winner after all so many things r awaiting for u. i hope this will help u.

Dear Remi,
you should keep yourself engaged in some job, which you like to do. At the same time you can have some pet which would surely need your care and love . As far as depression is concerned its root cause has to be searched, if you tell the actual things to your good friend, I think there is nothing in this world that could not be sorted out. you have to open up yourself and face the truth of life.

its one life.......so enjoy it. Dont be depressed and best way is to have some friends, a nice hobby, and a goal in life so be focussed and busy in life so that u dont even have time to feel lonely. and if u are afraid of facing new people than try this .... start believing that 90% of the people out there are fools and they r not even close to u in any way ...... it worked for me. join a gym if u can or something like dat it will surely work out. remember thats it is only 1 life u get so dont just waste it .... enjoy it.!!!!!!!

How you respond at times like this determines your future. Things will get better but it requires you to get stronger. As for friends, you probably THINK you can’t keep them but in reality you don’t have anything in common with them. who cares, I am sure you see hundreds of people a day, try talking to some of them. It’s actually fun even if you don’t see them ever again. So stop feeling sorry for yourself and go talk to someone. Life gets better, I know, I used to be depressed. Now I am just dumb :)

get a hobby you like and a new puppy. and try to have faith and love and go to church and exercise and try to enjoy life as best you can and be yourself.and join some clubs .maybe a health club.and eat right.not much sweets and white flour products .and cut down on the caffeine.and tell yourself your OK and fine.and keep the faith.we all get depressed and lonely.but go out and do something.anything you enjoy doing. don't just sit around and be depressed.and reading positive thinking type books helped me greatly.

I am also always depressed. Coz I am divorced after severe torture and have recently lost my father. Am the only daughter of my mother. A lot of insecurity in my mind !!!!!! What will happen in future in this kind of world where trust is nowhere to be found ??
