This is actually a good question. I often wondered why she wasn't made from dirt as well. But you are leaping to assuming on the rest. I am sure there is a reason and answer I just don't know it and wouldn't want to jump to the wrong conclusion

Incest wasn't a sin until the Mosaic law. Before then, there probably weren't enough harmful mutations in the human genetic pool for there to be a significant risk of deformities.

He could have, I suppose, but He didn't. The bible doesn't give a definitive reason why, but perhaps it was a romantic gesture on God's part. Eve simply wasn't another lump of dirt, but had come from part of Adam, possibly to create a more secure and lasting bond between the two.

Would you come to the same conclusion if a man gave, say a kidney, to woman, then procreated with her? And, of course, incest did not become a sin until the Mosaic law came into being. The reason we consider it wrong is because of the genetic mutations and "flawed" genes that occur over many generations. That is why it wasn't a problem with Adam and Eve, or Cain and his wife, who was his sister. They were all genetically pure. The reason, in my opinion, why God did it this way was the show the close, bonding relationship between a man and woman.
As stated earlier, incest was not a sin until the time of Moses, therefore, when the genetic pool was still relatively pure, there was nothing wrong with it and was an acceptable form of procreation. Sarah, the wife of Abraham was his half sister, and he was not condemned by God for this.
An activity does not become sin until God gives a law stating as such.

God made Adam and because he made Eve from Adam's rib, He was not the first to creat sin nor incest as you say.
He made Adam an image of Himself, then to make Eve exactly, He used a rib from Adam. And all this is to show that we belong to each other, we are His creations, and because God is our Father and Leader, Adam is the head of the house, and the woman is to care for her husband eventhoug she works and can make a living too.
God did not have to use "scientific methods" because He made real humans, not "cloning and falsifying" the copy of an animal or human.
Also Adam and Eve are the first formal marriage with a very strong and well based relationship.

you are truly over analyzing what is faith based. 1. the 1st dispensation is one of innocence sin was not in the picture. By changing one chromosone, many genetic defects can be produced. 2. God is, was, and always will be. He is not time related. 3. Satan was the creator of sin but God did know that from the beginning also. 4. It wasn't God's plan for incest to continue after a certain amount of people were born it would have stopped being necessary. Adam was the first created man, and he was PERFECT, even walking with God in the Garden. His DNA had not been corrupted by the Nephilim, viruses, environmental pollutions, etc. Incest is bad by our standards, and it obviously IS bad, in many ways, however, due to the prefection of body that Adam and Eve had.
