The SSPCA have collected the bird that i found injured. They are going to try to help it and if they cant will put it out of its misery.

Yes i had the same experience with the SSPCA,i cant tell you the relief i felt when the woman said she would come out to take the rabbit as i didnt know what to do with it and it was suffering.
I pay them a monthly donation of a tiny amoung but wish i could give them more as they did such a good job.

The SSPCA is 'The Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals'. There is also an RSPCA in Scotland.

The SSPCA are brilliant they will go out of their way to help animals.
The RSPCA are useless, I have herd more horror stories about them than I care to believe.
Think yourself lucky you like in Scotland rather than the England, If the RSPCA were more like the SSPCA and concentrated more on the animals than on raising money to make new laws about hunting, Englands animals would be in a better situation.

What is the SSPCA?
In UK we have the RSPCA Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
