I don't know that you can buy them, because bananas are only straight when they haven't undergone the process of phototropism, which is the process of plants growing towards the light, which is controlled by the plant hormone auxin.
Basically, auxin is destroyed by sunlight, so there's more auxin on the shady side of a plant, or a banana. Auxin induces cell division, so that the shady side grows faster than the sunny side, and the plant grows towards the sunlight.

the only "Straight" bananas I've ever seen are rather small in length
But I see some one mentioned "plantine"
maybe you need to ask the manager of the produce dept to fix you up..???

do you mean plantain bananas? you can find plantains in most grocery stores, but for sure you can find them a store that has Mexican stuff.
