Only if their morals weren't solid when they entered college. College is the time of self-discovery and exploration of beliefs. If you're not sure of your values going into college, you're going to be easily persuaded by the influences around you. I was personally able to get through college without losing any of my morals because I was sure of what they were going in. :)

No, I don't. College is an interesting time in life. I do agree that something college kids get crazy and do things against the morals they have been raised by. However, then college ends, they graduate, get jobs and go on to raise moral families.

College is a place to gain experiences both academically and socially.

Think about the hippies and political protesters of the 60's. They are know the CEO's of companies, the guy that sits next to you at church or your boss.

Every generation rebels to some extent, usually the college years and then they grow up.

I myself did a lot of things that would shame my parents in college. Now that I'm older, I would never think to do those things again. I'm an adult now, no time for kiddie antics. I have to conduct myself in a mature and respectable way.

I think many are wanting life to be easy because they have a degree. They are able to do some things that people without a degree cannot do, but some are capable of doing those things too, but they will not be hired to do those things without a degree, so too often it comes down to who has the money and free time for college. If someone feels they are smarter because they have a degree, they are sadly mistaken. Also I think that many look at their college years as the time to make stupid mistakes and let their parents bail them out of the major ones, and some never grow out of foolishness. My kids will do well for themselves if they do not have this philosophy. When you become 18, whether or not you are in college, your parents are no longer legally responsible for your actions. That is a job for the police, lawyers, and the prison system.

Yes, kids these days are very careless with their belongings. What is a moral? Is it something like a mural?

I don't think things are much different now than they were in the sexual revolution days of the 1960's.
