If I could figure that out, I wouldn't be eating 4 day old birthday cake right now....it's an addicition-----maybe we need a 12 step program!

Try to stop gradually.First, switch to Swiss Cheese, which will give you the illusion of eating the same amount, although in reality, with the holes,it will be less. Then switch to Limburger Cheese, which is horrible. If this doesn't work, leave some Blue Cheese in the sun for 18 days then try eating it with a can of anchovies and a stale Foster's Beer and two cups of undiluted bitters. This has always worked for me and I now only eat sour Pig's Knuckles.

Check in to Cheesehab! If you don't you'll find yourself sleeping in a box behind the local market, waiting for your next fix from the cheeseguy......you'll be strung out on string cheese and snorting parmesan. Next you'll be stealing cheese from the rats in the alley.

Dude leave that pineapple and olive mixture alone for sure because I know that can't be a good combo for your tummy!

You should cut the cheese by adding in some small sausages and pickled onions to reduce your dependency, then move to weaker cheeses. Stay away from the Cathedral or Seriously Strong ranges though, its a one way ticket to blue cheeses!

CA (Cheese Anonymouse) has a 12 step program for you.

I can't tell you what to do about the pineapples and olives.Cheese must be a gateway food.

I poop alot if I eat too much cheese. That I guess is my natural reason for trying to limit my intake. Eat a big block = poop a big block about a day later. Sucks.

Cheese is very fattening. Try switching to a lower fat cheese.
