Reflection and prayer i think you meant.
I try to go to Mass as often as possible. I'm not really on a fixed schedule right now. But lately i'm at my computer a lot. I pray as often as is possible. Though i do other things as well, and do other work.
I suppose monastic orders have a very structured "lifestyle".
At the moment i'm rather not very structured on a schedule, just doing what i have to, and am sort of on call.
. .. just not giving out too many details of my life you see . ..
LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.

Great question.
Not all days are the same for me, but I find that when I begin the day in prayer -- which can include a rosary, or morning prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours, or just quiet time with the Lord -- I am inclined to lift up everything I do that day in prayer and thanksgiving, as well. Prayer leads to more prayer. "Pray without ceasing" does not mean just formal petition.
I try to say the Angelus at noon, or thereabouts, or at least pause for a brief silent prayer. I also try to say the Divine Mercy chaplet, especially on Fridays. And in the evening, a brief time of reflection and review of the day as well as reading Scripture, though I'm kind of hit-or-miss with that ... always room for improvement.
Mass, of course, is the most important.

The best form of prayer / worship is the Holy Mass followed by the Rosary.
The days are long (24 hrs), so you break them down to moments. Live each moment in total surrender, trust and love. Make spiritual communions as often as you like during the day. Then your burden is sweet, and yoke light. We were created in an instant but the breath you take is God that sustains you by His constant Divine Provision. With gratitude in your heart, contemplate these facts, face the day and all its challenges/crosses. Remember, you CANNOT do this alone, but in unison with the help of our Angels, Saints, and the Blessed Mother of God and the infinite merits of Jesus Christ. Its a heirarchy which you need to understand. Similar to the rungs on the ladder. The summit is Jesus to the Father thru Mary!
Just as each sickness / disease has its own medication, likewise each sin is atoned for in various methods of prayer, penance, sacrifice, and mortification. God is omnipotent and omnipresent. Glorify Him in all works of creation.... the air that you breathe, your functioning body, the birds, the trees, the solar system, the waters, the mountains etc. Man, in His image, is most important. Love your neighbor as your self.
At the end of the day, lay bare your conscience before your Sovereign Judge and plead pardon for that which you did and failed to do. Ask for grace to do better each and every time with a sincere and humble heart. Humility attracts and Pride repels Our Father!
Would you like to follow some of these valuable instructions?

I shape my daily prayer around the Mass and Liturgy of the Hours and just talking to God throughout the day. I also have some quiet time and Bible and Catechism reading . I also like to listen to hymns in the car. Praying before the day gets rolling and at the end helps me
