Yes, with that type of diet, you'll never grow horizontally. As to vertically, it depends on what ever your genes dictate.

No, eating a non-seafood diet does not necessarily affect height growth. It is in the genes. You should be happy with your height since you are considerably luckier than others. You do have a family history of shorter relatives so count yourself fortunate of your height. Besides, you are still 13 years old. Height usually stops at the age of 21. You still have time left to grow.

A diet will affect your growth if you stay away from foods that your body needs. Alot of people do diets that cut out carbs but dont realize that your body does need them and that going a long time with very low card intake can actually affect your health. You're not overweight at all so you shouldn't diet. If you're just staying away from junk food and making sure to eat healthy foods and using portion control then you're ok, but don't cut away foods that your body needs. Eating healthy and using portion control isn't dieting, is healthy and wise eating. You dont need to loose weight so dont diet.

sound like you eat a healthy diet, but, if you are asking if you keep eating this way and it will make you taller...probably not. height has to do with genetics..look at your parents and grandparents. That will give you the best indication of how tall you will probably be

well, you seem to be eating pretty healthy so if that continues no
but if you go on a diet-diet (like no carbs) it definately will.

it is always good to know what goes into your body and whats in food that you eat.

you are normal weight on a bmi scale :)

If you starve your body, you will stop it from growing. Your body needs protien to build muscle. Try naming all the parts and organs of your body, that are made of muscle,,,example...the heart, it's a muscle... don't starve it.
