The Bible says that a man should not spill his seed...wet dream or not, you had lust in your heart which is a sin in order to dream what you dreamed. What else are you doing in your life to cause you to have such dreams? Think about it.
And the TRUE definition of repentance is to forsake the sin and NEVER do it again, otherwise, you didn't repent the first time and any forgiveness is taken back and you must start over in the repentance process. It's not as simple as "Father forgive me for I have sinned" in a confessional.

Do not go to Holy communion in a Catholic Church. If you do not know what to call it other than Holy Bread and if you do not know what lust is then you must not receive Jesus. If you are truly interested go to classes and learn. Normally though, one is not responsible for what their dreams are. Sin is basically determined by what you will. If your will was not engaged at all then it is not a sin and as long as a person does not entertain these thoughts at all ---then just put them behind you and go on.

It is hard to control the human brain and it's chemicals that lead to human reactions of releasing oneself while asleep.
This is hardly a sin.. and anyway as a Christian I can assure you that God always forgives those who are His children and come to Him as children humbly on their knees.
You only need to make sure before you partake of God's communion that you do not have anything other that you have done or said to someone that was wrong. Asking God personally on your knees to forgive all those things that you had done in the past and may do in the future. Be willing to allow Him to show you all your wrongs so that you will not do them again.
We are to clean our hearts and minds completely and make these things right with God on a daily basis.
As far as the wet dreams that is the body's way of releasing it's self. You really have no control of that ..it is human nature and normal. As long as you are not fantasing it still in your mind of having sex and lusting for women in your heart and mind. Then you need to get on the right track and find a mate or someone that you love and marry them if you not already.

If you have confessed to God your need of salvation and If you have received Christ as Lord of your Life then ALL of your sins have been forgiven.
BTW an emission of semen was not a sin but made one unclean for the day so that they were not to go to the temple.
It is the thoughts (condition of the heart) that makes the sin.

That's a venial sin (unless you consciously decided to do so). "Wet Dreams" are out of your control. Lust ... well that's when you "take" instead of "give" (can be out of sex like you can lust to kill, lust for chocolate, etc). It's the mortal sins that keep you from the Eucharist (breaking one of the Ten Commandments)
We confess our venial sins during mass, and that purifies you of your venial sins ... " And I ask the blessed mother, all the angels and the saints, and to you, my brothers and sisters to pray for me to the Lord our God ... for what I have done and what I have failed to do ..."

Leviticus chapter 15 says:
16 " 'When a man has an emission of semen, he must bathe his whole body with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 17 Any clothing or leather that has semen on it must be washed with water, and it will be unclean till evening. 18 When a man lies with a woman and there is an emission of semen, both must bathe with water, and they will be unclean till evening.
In order to understand the Bible correctly, I keep telling people they need to read it in context. I've read the whole chapter, I've read the whole book, and the quote above does stand on its own.
Nothing in that passage indicates that a night time emission is sin.
Rather than concentrate on what happened that one night, why not ask yourself what your own personal relationship is with Jesus?
Have you asked Jesus to forgive your sins?

You're human and your lust is just that, human. If you lusted after a married woman or wanted something bad to happen to someone else, yes, it's a sin.

I f you think you need forgiveness, you feel guilty. There is no need to feel guilty about what you felt. It´s a normal instinctive thing. If it´s really so important for you, you may take into account that you where unconscious, and that it was involuntary.
On the other hand, the unnatural thing to do is to deny your nature.

If you asked God's forgivness, you got it. And you are forgiven anyhow since Jesus died on the cross for you. We are all sinners, but if we look to Christ we are forgiven. Please don't be offended but don't let that whole Catholic guilt thing get to you.
