Anyway, I thought of a diet.
Read it & Tell me what you think of it.
1 - A bowl of Speical K in the morning.
2 - A bowl of Campbell Soup for lunch.
3 - Some Salad for Dinner.
4 - Fruit for dessert.
Also, I'll swim for 4 hours a day and take a morning & afternoon jog for 30 - 45 min's a day.
The Tamato soup is only 90 calories.
& Maybe an Apple or an Orange [For dessert.], You know. Somethign with less sugar.
Anyway, Lemme know what you think.

are you going for weight loss? How much do you want to lose? I can tell you how to lose atleast 15-20 lbs in a month w/o starving your self or making your self sick.
in the morning special K is good
ditch the campbell soup ok
instead go for a salad vegetable broccali or cauliflower
green beans protein
dinner go for the same protein, veg salad
throw the fruit in for a morning snack better yet take an apple w peanut butter
the main thing is eat sensible atleast 4-6 sm meals to speed up your metabolism or else your setting your self up for a sluggish metabolism and after you return to eating normally you will end up fatter
the plan you came up with ull be starving your body from nutrients if your going to lose wieght do it the smart way.
for your jogging do it 3-4 times a week every other day but high intesnity you walk to the corner then jog to the other corner then pick it up to a run then walk do it for distance or time but you only need to do it for 20 -30 minbutes . if you do it right you will be wiped out. u start low with a walk then jog then run fast as you can to a distance or your tired then walk again for a while then jog best way to get in shape trust me on that.
add me to your messenger ill be happy to talk to u and help you with a fitness plan and what i dont know i know others who will give me the answer for you
take care
be smart and safe
marie
breakfast eat its your most important meal of the day so if u like special K do it or fitness ceral or fruit and fiber raisan bran is good with banan fruit or nuts in it.
snack- nuts or fruit instead of chips
a good healthy snack with fruit can be apple w peanut butter
forget campbells. u can make your own vegetable soup with mixed vegetables soy protein source since your a vegetarian soy and some real tomatos in a blender with a sald makes a good healthy lunch
diiner eat llight some examples 2 eggs cucumbers tomatos and olives or i pop open a can of tuna w mayo onions with 4 pieces of lettuce and eat it with some tomatos. i also eat any left overs from lunch. avoid all fruit juices they make you fat unless you juice them your self.
theres a saying
eat breakfast like a king
eat lunch like a prince
eat dinner like a pauper
. i've gone down from a size 16 to a 12 which is falling off me right now in 5-6 weeks by weight training and a good diet
also cut out sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta eat brown bread, brown pasta, brown rice it doesnt taste bad and is good for u.
. most important drink water alot of people areover weight because they don't drink enough. if you dont drink enough your body will hold on to everything including fat so drink atleast 8-10 glasses a day
work out 4-5 times a week. you want a good body you have to work for it.
you don't have to lift weights if you dont want to you can do body weight exercises start with 3 sets of 15 and work your way up increase when they become too easy 5 more
id do every 4weeks
sit ups
push ups
jumping jacks
squats
touch your toes (waits
hip lifts lay on your back and lift your legs up toards the ceiling
lying leg lifts -lay on your lt side or right to start legs on top of each other and raise one leg towards the ceiling opens like a scissor
lower stomach- leg lifts lay on your back legs stretch out straight and lift them up and down this is different than hip lift you dont pull up towards the ceiling u just lift them up and down
jump rope is good also for cardio
if u can lift weights ask your parents to sign you up to a gym and they got trainers and workers there.
honey ur young you need to take care but don't be obessed at your age you just need to cut out junk food and any processed food which is not natural prepackaged food
i asked someone from the forum i sign into regarding a diet guidelines for u. he told me this
Is she a vegetarian or vegan? (in other words, is she strictly a non meet eater, or no animal products what so ever? ex. like milk and cheese)
As far as foods, with protein...there are lots out there.
soybeans, soy burgers, soy milk
nuts: peanuts, almonds, cashews and along with the nuts, peanut butter
spinach, broccoli
I just took a nutrition class in the spring. My professor (who is also a register dietitian) gave me these ideas in class when we were talking about proteins.
And if she'll go with animal products: skim milk, cottage cheese.
Hope this helps a bit.
i got more advice on a web site from someother guy in another group he reccomends you to go to this site
mypyramid.gov
another woman told me this
Buy Kashi smoothie mix and blend it with your favorite frozen fruit also eat lots of beans.
Chickpeas, Kidney beans...etc.
You can make great veggie burgers out of chickpeas, oatmeal, egg, etc.
Stay away from the salt and sugar.
If you get hungry eat more veggies and drink lots of water.
Tofu is also handy.
keep checking ill add more when i get it ok

That's a lot better, but it's still not enough calories in a day. With all the food you mentioned, that's still not enough calories in a day.
1. Special k (w. milk) = about 200 calories
2. Cambells = 90 calories
3. Salad w/ dressing = 150 calories
4. 2 pieces of fruint = 150 calories
5. The granola bar = 100-200 calories
So you'll only be getting 700-800 calories.
In both jogs you'll burn about 400 calories, so that's 800 calories.
So you'll be eating about 800, and with the swimming and jogging, you'll be burning even more than 800!
That's bad news, because your body needs 1200 calories a day to function, so if you do this you'll get exhausted and sick.
I know from experience, I got horribly thin and unhealthy from dieting like you are trying to do.
You may try the diet you have planned anyway. But when you realize how unhealthy it is please refer to this:
1- Eat 1600-1700 calories a day
2- Jog for 30-40 minutes
3- You will lose a pound or 2 a week
4- You'll lose the weight, keep it off, and be healthy

When someone is self-harming, communication is the key. Your sister may not know it, but she's actually very lucky to have you, because you know exactly what she's going through. The fact that you both have/do self-harm, is actually somewhat of a good thing, because this problem now has the power to mend your broken relationship and pull you two together. I can tell that your parents aren't very helpful for either of you; so it's time that you and your sister start helping each other. :) Just be brave. Start talking to her about it, very gently. Explain to her that you've seen her scars and her razors, and then show her (if you feel comfortable) your own scars (if you still have any). Tell her how you were feeling when you hurt yourself. If she reacts badly, it's only because she's embarrassed. Just remember to give her time, and always be there for her if she needs to talk. Don't push yourself on her; she'll come to you. Good-luck. :D

There's only about 4 grams of protein in all of that combined. For your weight, you should consume about 58 grams of protein if you want to gain any kind of muscle mass. Yes, you do want to gain muscle mass. Muscle is what uses calories to begin with.

There's a good site for you about some common diet and exercise myths.
You're also going to want to eat about 6 times a day. The more frequently you eat small meals, the better you can trick your body into thinking you aren't dieting.
Here's a calculator to use to find out how many calories, carbs, proteins, and fats you need to eat on a daily basis to lose weight and stay healthy.

Make sure you have a pop up blocker up when you use it though. It gives you another pop up with each question you answer. But, it does work well.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
Implementation is more important than planning.

Now, excuse me while I laugh. How would you expect to exercise for 4 1/2 hrs a day and eat just 200 calories a day? If successful, I predict your remaining life expectancy to vary between 3 and 6 months. Dun starve yourself like this.

swimming 4 hours a day plus jogging for an hour or more seems a bit too much of an exercise as compared to what you are taking in. you are going to burn yourself out in doing this. also, try to get some protein in there you will need it. and drink plenty of water.
BTW how much weight are you trying to lose and in what time span? u seem in a rush, that is why i asked.

Hardly any protein there, and too little fat. You need to talk to a dietitian -- and maybe get some counseling to find out why you feel the need to eat so little. People die of anorexia -- don't be one of them!

Sounds good to me, but I'm not sure you'll have enough energy for that much exercising. Do you have a lot of fat reserves? If so, maybe that's okay; otherwise, it may not be healthy.
