Are you asking if it is a fact that you won a lottery and were contacted by email? If so, the answer is NO. Big scam. Microsoft does not conduct lotteries. You would not be contacted by email. And, if you didn't enter a lottery, how could you be a winner?

Sorry, no, Microsoft doesn't have a lottery. The email you got is a scam. If you respond, they'll tell you that you have to send them a delivery or courier fee to get your prize. Then if you send it, guess what - you won't hear from them and won't get your "prize".

Just delete it - you didn't win anything. Pretty much everyone with an email address gets these regularly.

I hate to say this but you have been had. Did they ask for money or
anything like that to collect your "prize". That's one of the first indicators
that it is a scam. Microsoft does not hold lotteries of any kind. Delete!
Delete! Delete! Also, if your computer has the capability, block them.

If it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

A fool & his/her money are easily parted.

In the end you will pay dearly for your greed.
