I know you don't want to hear that she needs to go to the doctor and that she doesn't have medical insurance but if she is considered low income in her employment, the welfare office should be able to go back 90 days on any medical bills after being seen. this sounds serious, i am not a doctor but your mom's health is more important than any bills that may come from it I would suggest to go to the doctors immediately cause it could be something serious and it may not be but most doctors or emergencie rooms will take payments as long as your attempting to pay on a bill theres nothing they can do to force you to pay the full amount. After she's been seen go to the nearest welfare office and apply for medical insurance it couldn't hurt and it will be worth it if they are willing to cover her medical bills.

I am not familiar with Wasabi's but if she was eating WASABI that is another issue. Transient Ischemic attack (mini stroke), tension headache, ocular migrane, Dietary Changes (if she hadn't eaten for awhile, the rush of sugars even in a normal body can bring on these symptoms) Coranary artery disease (if she drinks alcohol, or smokes she has a greater chance of this obviously)
Unless she is diabetic then it could be a insulin reaction.
Also the internet is not a good source for a diagnosis because people usually 98% of the time get the wrong diagnosis. Or they think they are bound to die because of what the internet says. By the way those are very serious symptoms and no doctor can refuse medical care, USE THE EMERGENCY ROOM. It's worth the trip! They can't put her in jail or take the mney from her. Your mom needs medical attention right away. Would you rather lose her or make sure shes fine for the risk of a letter requesting payment every month. She could even pay $1.00 a month just to show shes paying on it.
I wouldn't wanna lose my mom and I am sure you wouldn't either. There are option for care out there I promise you that.
Sorry to repeat anything anyone has said before but I love moms and most are great people.
Good Luck

It probably wasn't that your mom lost her vision and her hearing...she probably just fainted due to some type of an allergic reaction to whatever food she was eating.
If your mom won't go to the doctor perhaps she will go to your area's free clinic where she can get the help she needs without worrying about how she's going to pay for it. Also, most hospitals now have funding specifically set up for the disadvantaged that will pay for her treatment even if she's hospitalized. Good luck.

Sweety, I am not so sure. Really, only doctors would know. If you really want to help her, you should take her to the doctor's idmeddiantly. It could have been a light allergic reaction. But, no one knows but the doctors. So, get her there now, before its too late.... I am really sorry about your mother.

So little details about mom. Could be drug overdose. I once lost my vision, had the worst migraine on both sides of my head, couldn't hear anything for a short while, on meth and alcohol. Thought I had a stroke or something, went for an MRI on brain, but luckily for me, not a stroke. Quite healthy actually, but won't ever do it again.

she could have had a seizure. There are many types of seizures and they do not all show the obvious T.V. seizure with body contracting and convulsing.
did she go to the doctor?
how is she today?
If she is ok today I'd highly be suspectful of a seizure, which she would need to follow up on, because it is highly treatable.

She may have had an allergic reaction or even a stroke. Whatever, it was she should have gone to the ER. Today she needs to see her doctor.

I am thinking she needs a diabetic blood test. To much stress in her life, she is overweight. Possible food allergy.
All in one sitting. Migraine too!
I think she should cut back on whole wheat, shellfish, dairy, peanuts/seeds. See if that helps.
Possible food poisoning.

Could be a panic attack, they can come out of nowhere, at any age, at any time, if all is perfectly normal, today, and Dr's given her the all clear, that is something I would consider.
