I don't know if you have a once upon a child in your area. They have great used stuff but it's all almost new. You can sell your stuff there as well after your child grows out of it. Also I know goodwill sounds bad but in my area they accually get all the target returns. I got one of my strollers there brand new still in the box for $19.99. It was $99.00 at target.

check the papers for local garage or estate sales, by far the best place to get a used stroller or other childrens items.

Garage sales is a great place and if yo have any consignment shops in you area you can get great used baby items.

Places that I have seen used strollers are garage sales and church garage sale.
