Damn straight! Germany is a member of NATO and one of America's best allies! But, like all good friends, Germany doesn't always agree with American policies [read Bush policies]. Think of it, we wouldn't have been in the situation we currently suffer in Iraq if we would have listened to Germany, France, and Russia.
However, Germany and France did support us on Afghanistan, and have forces there. Germany, France, and Russia support the United States on the Global War on Terror--all are members of the Global Counterterrorism Forces (GCTF).

Germany: 10 Argentina: 8 France:8 England: 7.5 Italy: 6 Brazil: 6 Mexico: 5? ( i on no account watch them) u . s .: 5 Germany is thru far my well known group. i myself dislike most of the soccer communities obtainable. I extraordinarily hate Brazil for some reason.

The overall answer is yes. However, there seems to be a slight drift away lately that will make it a little harder to make agreements with the German government down the road.
