Since the T-Bird is rear wheel drive and the Focus is front wheel drive the only way to do this swap is to change the Focus to rear wheel drive. This will involve a massive amount of fabrication and metal work to the floor pan and chassis, if you do go to this extreme I would recommend putting a 8 point roll bar in to help stiffen the chassis, a Focus just wasn't intended to have that much power.

The 3.8 in the Supercoupe is North/South oriented, like a typical V-8 in a rear drive car - the Focus is East/West, so the transmission, accessories, and everything else that attaches to the engine are completely in the wrong place. So, no, as it sits, no.
A V-6 from a front drive Ford would be an easier swap, as in one of the Duratec engines from a Taurus.

If you have the skills and time you can put a V 10 in a yugo but if not i would'nt try you probably will not find any one to do this swap

it's to big, just put a turbo or supercharger on yours and a small shot of nitrous for cooling : )
