Yes.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

No, I wouldn't...but today's culture and modern physicians would. Society has been programmed that less is best. There
are only a few of us left that still report to have original thoughts. Far too many people are easily persuaded by the media...so, when someone shouts that any person whose bones aren't showing through their skin is fat everyone
else perceptions seems to conform to that same outlandish
conclusion. Don't be threatened by all the hype-your body is fine. You have to be comfortable with you own body for you...
and not because the media portrays it in a negative light.
Love who you are and what container you're in...and disregard the rest.

I also have a nephew it incredibly is over weight. So if he's 5'10 a hundred seventy five and muscular he would not incredibly sound that lots over weight. i could propose you narrow back his nutrition to smart quantities (presented he needs to drop extra pounds) 3 smart nutrients(by this i don't propose starve him or provide him 3 plate fulls of nutrition) and, One snack, and a thirty minute stroll an afternoon to help with the greater suitable weight. additionally i could tell him that he's tall for his age, and that the different boys will seize up in length as they become older maximum boys do not hit there actual transforming into spurt until eventually they're approximately 15. i could additionally say that to trojan horse the school to purchase larger uniforms, using fact they'd say it incredibly is the main important length yet i could would desire to anticipate that they don't anticipate extreme schoolers to be an identical length as junior extreme and that i know they advance uniforms someplace they have too. faculties get soccer uniforms, so i could say the school is in charge to discover a uniform which will greater healthful. watching for him to placed on uniforms that are too small isn't smart, so i could anticipate in case you're taking it some distance sufficient they could would desire to discover one to greater healthful him.

You are what you think you are. If you perceive yourself as fat then you are fat and vice versa. What is fat? You ask people and they have to think of what they perceive as being fat and then tell you what they think. Do you feel fat? If you feel fat then can I suggest that you look at your daily calorific intake.
i.e Your daily diet. Also analyse your daily/weekly energy expenditure. i.e Your exercise.
Personally I wouldn't call you fat. As it is on your mind then you maybe concerned about your current size. Exercise a little more each day and cut out unecessary sugars & fats.
Take care.

NO. You can check your BMI on line and form your own opinion. I put you at a normal body weight with a BMI of less than 25, meaning you are not only not fat, but normal.

I certainly wouldn't call you such a foul name, but you are at an unhealthy weight for your height. It's cerainly not obese by any means. Also, you can be overweight and fit. The dress size means nothing.
