i get sleep deprived all the time, bewteen caring for a newborn and working 3rd shift, little or no sleep is common for me. These can def be symptoms of sleep deprivation, they could also be caused by lack of nutrients, food, or water. Try food and drink, then try to sleep all day if possible and that should fix it.

Get extra sleep, first of all, and look up on right here how i simply answered a question about that. To better your appearance, put caffeine on them. Brew two teabags not decaf and drink the tea whilst you preserve them over your eyes for fifteen to twenty minutes. Do that every day for a even as, and more often than not drink tea when you consider that it has excellent health advantages and speeds metabolism. They will have to go away soon. I do that a lot and it helps considering the fact that i have similar issues.

When I feel "worn to a frazzle" I :
Eat a meal that must include beef (steak/roast/hamburger) and spinach. I don't know what it is about that combination, but it works better than anything else I have ever been able to find. My favorite is steak, spinach and buttered rice.
Take a nice relaxing bath.
Get a good nights sleep.
The next day you should feel almost normal again.

I've worked third shift for almost ten years now. Sounds like you may have to work out a better sleep schedule. And don't worry, it's not easy for any of us. A good sleep schedule, and of course keeping with a sensible diet(which is hard to do with our shift), is what it sounds like to me. I hope this helps. You'll get used to it. Just hang in there.

you definately sound like you need a good night sleep. also, poor diet and not enough water will make you dizzy.
make sure you eat enough red meat - if vegetarian - please eat iron rich foods.
dehydration is very dangerous and can cause you to faint and black out. so please make sure you drink alot of water..
sleep is essential, so please if u work alot in the evenings, please use your days napping and relaxing. your body is a machine and needs to refuel (sleep and rest)..
good luck
