Matthew 19:5-6

If it's to put in a card to your future spouse, then how about "Today I marry my best friend - the one I laugh with, live for and love."
To give to other people I love the Corinthians one, but obviously not everyone wants something religious.
I also like "Best wishes on your wedding day.
May your life together be filled with love and laughter
and joy in each other." Simple but nice.
