Practice footwork and slipping and rolling with shots. Also, it might be worth you doing neck excercises to up your punch resistance, such as neck bridges (a saw a picture of Sonny Liston doing these while balancing on a table), and investing in a neck sling, which is a specialist piece of equipment for strenthening the neck (it is like a hat with chains on the side, which you can attach weights to).

Lol, How do you get used to being punched in the head? You don't. The whole point of training is to keep the other guy from landing a solid punch. If you go in expecting to get punched in the head, well I don't think that speaks well of your chances. But I know what you mean, you wanna experience it in training so you won't get shocked during an actual bout, and the only safe way to experience head punches is to spar with headgear on. Even then it's still not as safe, as you can still get concussion from a strong blow even with headgear on.

The goal of boxing is to hit without getting hit. If you really get used to it, you are a loser. You want to train first for avoidance, how to slip a punch and counter. But, unless you are a slick as Sugar Ray Leonard, you are likely to get tagged some day. One thing you can do is let the speed bag bounce back and strike you in the face. If you can stare right into it and take it, you should be able to take shots when they come. The only other way is sparring.

Isn't there some neck strengthening exercises that basically help keep your skull from flopping around? I think Evander Holyfield's neck is a prime example.
The only way to get used to getting hit is to get hit, so get in the ring and spar. I was always pretty worried about headshots, but that went away after taking the first one. I could always relax a bit knowing I could take the opponent's first hit.
