It is not the Sun's job to judge us. It is our Karma that comes back on us, and it is going to come back in more personal ways than in if we have Sun on us.
The Sun is there to make our crops grow, to illuminate the moon and to keep us warm. The Sun is a powerful being yes, but he has better things to do than worry with some human drama.

It is still the same since the Apostle said, "All creation keeps on groaning together and being in pain together until now."-Ro 8:22.
Jesus said in Matt 5:45, "the Father makes the sun rise upon wicked people and good and makes it rain upon righteous people and unrighteous." in vs 44 Christ is telling his disciples " to continue to love your enemies and pray for those who are persecuting you."
God is still allowing these conditions to continue because He is giving everyone a chance to come to know Him and strive to do what's right. It's His desire that all kinds of people will turn to doing good but not all will want to change. There is not one perfect person on the earth but God sees all the good we do and is showing us how we can change our wrongful ways. That would include those who have committed the worse sins.

The Sun shines because it's a star. It can't help it. If you're really concerned with this, I suggest instituting more draconian laws. Expand the range of crimes for which the death penalty is a legal recourse.

Then severely curb the appeals process.

And death squads. You'll need death squads.

It's a lot of work. Are you up to it?

The Christian's point of view as I know it is that God loves everyone to the end hoping they will turn to Him and change their ways. His love is never ending, but humans do make a choice whether to let Him parent them or not

We are all granted respite until the time of our deaths. Then on the day of judgment we will all be recompensed for our deeds, good and bad. Allah (God) knows best!
