"Hunting on you?" I don't understand the question.

Is your property marked with no hunting signs, and/or the
commonly used "purple paint" on your bountries?.

If so- try to avoid a confrontation. Be polite. Firm. And if possible get the license plate numbers for any and all vehicles.

I live in Missouri. Here a simple call to the county sheriff's office to report the abuse is a good start. Followed by making a written complaint.

In my state knowingly trespassing is a serious offense. Penalites can be severe. And are for repeat offenders. Let law enforcement control this issue for you.

Does he know he is trespassing? Is your property marked? Sometimes people can't judge where they are in the woods. If you think that this person is unaware of there location then try to catch them when they are coming out of the woods and talk. I would say that if you know this person and he is intentionally trespassing bring a buddy and have a talk with him. If your conversation doesn't work out then call the police and get them involved. If your think he is using ill practice to hunt then call your DEC police. I hope you can work this out. Finding places to hunt is getting harder in some areas and maybe the two of you can come to some sort of arrangment.

Best of luck

I'm with gun plumber. What are you talking about?

I'm always surprised by the strange wording of some of these questions, yet there is half a dozen kids logging on to answer like it made perfect sense.

Are you guys talking in some strange code or something the rest of us don;t understand?

Or are gunplumber and me the only guys who speak english around here?

I don't know the laws where you live, but in NY if its not posted you have to post it according to the specs of the law, other wise any one can trespass on your place,if calling the cops don't work,do what i do, get in their face and tell them to hit the road and don't come back,or else.(It helps drive home the point if you are waving a loaded shot gun around)

You've already have the answers if he's hunting on your property.

I hope your negotiation skills are good if he's hunting you down.
