Using MS photoeditor? you dont... lol try down loading either Picassa or GIMP they are both free and work pretty good. or go buy Adobe Photoshop elements or search for an older version of the full photoshop or paint shop pro!

I agree with what the previous answer says and would only add that the way to edit or manipulate a picture depends entirely on what you want to do by way of editing or manipulation. It is impossible to give a quick run down - lengthy books have been written on the subject.
