Dr Zakir Naik in one of his lectures said that Madrasas (Islamic religious schools) do not promote terrorism. I am fond of his lectures but the religious school at Lal Masjid in Pakistan is the greatest proof that religious schools do promote terrorism. There were lot of arms and ammo found in Lal Masjid. They also kidnapped some Chinese women. Islam is a religion of peace but the fundamentalist in United Kingdom are giving wrong message to the Muslim youth in Britian. I would like to know your views about this?

all the madrassas which are run by Pakistan army and were funded by CIA and Saudi government are meant to promote terrorism. but there are real madarassas too which only give teaching of Islam to its students. and u can find many in the whole world.
actually those madrassas were founded by Saudi government, CIA and Pakistan army to prepare MUJAHAID to fight so called jihad against RUSSIA and after the fall of USSR nobody took care to close them or have a eye on them . so those mujahaid started JEHAD against USA.

so now we should blame Saudi government United states herself and Pakistan army that they prepared and nourished those terrorist.

The fact remains that madrasas are atleast not meant to be promoting terrorism.

I have been keeping a close eye on Lal Masjid and this is my opinion. Musharraf said a lot of weapon is still hidden. Then y isn't it coming out? There have been many things which have come to my notice but for reasons I do not want to comment here. Both about the Govt and the Masjid.

I M not defending Lal Masjid. Nor am I defending Musharraf. In my opinon, both were wrong. It was wrong of the Lal Masjid to use force. So was it wrong of Musharraf.

Another thing which must be taken of notice is that Lal Masjid has always been under the Government control. It is also election year in Pakistan. There was another dispute going on between the President and the Cheif Justice of Pakistan. PAkistanis were commenting very........ not nicely.......... about the president. The Lal Masji affair came at a very good time as a distraction too.

So it could be just a big political game.

The simple answer is No!

The real answer is complecated and need to know the hidden facts before we decide Wrong or Right!

Print & Screen media is controlled by Americans, Europeon and mostly Zionist Jews and they are continueously and openly enggaged against Islam.

The Media highlights and project anti-Islamic news as if this was the only crime left in the world!

This time our own Muslim media is to be blamed to project a political issue as a religious issue!

Lal Masjid instance is purely a political matter; it was selected as a high value / duel trget by Pres.Musharraf & his political-team to win Election 2007 due in November but the result is adverse in the country! The real activists are active now!! Suicide Blasts every where in Pakistan.

Whatever you saw on TV screen looks terrible ; students with sticks and guns but the Govtt. still unable to justify the charges against Gazi Rasheed, his elder brother Gazi Aziz or any student.

The action of students was wrong but the purpose was "STRIKE" against un-Islamic laws including prostitution. The students of Lal Masjid caught Anti Shamn and Chineese Parlour-Girls involved openly in prostitution but Govt.,did not take any action at that time. People still asking the reason!

Did they killed any one? The answer is NO!

Lal Masjid officials tried to negotiate on withdrawal terms but the political leader did not want to loose the game so they rejected every term and started military operation! Killed more then 1000 students Just to gain International favour!

Musharraf received a welcome note from congress but loosed favour in his own country!

The matter could be resolved through negociations but it was not done! Now we have to pay the price!

Islam is not a religion of peace. As a former muslim, I can tell you that even in the most liberal, sufistic groups there is a passionate awaiting of the mahdi and a time of cleansing of the world. Even the chanting dervish can't wait for Jesus to come back and the whole world to be brought under the "shade of the Qur'an".

No religion that wants to create a kingdom or state "of this world" is a religion of peace. It held true of medieval Catholicism. It holds true of Islam.

You might be a peaceful person, but that's due to your personal decency and the decency of your friends and family.

Some do and some don't.

Think of cult groups and realize that cult behavior is easy to spot:

1. no respect for the lives of other people

2. over emphasis of groups values and the indoctrination that they are better than everyone else.

If you see any sign of such behavior within a groups teachings, you should be wary of their so called 'good intentions on educating the young'.

I think some of those schools do promote terrorism.I have seen documentary undercover work which show the children practicing suicide bombings, that is sick, those kids should be playing hide and seek not hide the bomb. This world is not long to be this way.

You guys let 'em in there, and let 'em set up their schools, believing their whole "religion of peace" schmear.
Unfortunately, the U.S. isn't far behind you.
That whole "separation of church and state" thing...it might be enough to protect our country from Christian ethics, but will it be sufficient to protect us from Muslim violence?
*shivers*

I'm afraid that both of our nations...and a whole lot of other people...are finding out that Islam is not, as advertised, a "religion of peace." Yeah, they're giving the kids the wrong message here, too.
Once they've indoctrinated these kids...what chance is left for our own??

in the HOLY QURAN it is written that if you kill anyone who does not deserve to be killed, then you will be punished as if you had killed the whole human kind

you can not harm anyone and your every behavior will be judged

someone who is harmed by you will take rights from you afterdeath

and do not forget that human mıght be wrong but ıt does not make his religion wrong
samely Muslims may be wrong but İSLAM is all perfect and if you are in doubt look at THE HOLY QURAN

Yes. And Self-UNawareness. Have you had a look to children (!) both males and females as well as adults there (in those schools)? They become like "autistic" people. They loose their ability of thinking, reasoning. They got "brain washed". And with such kind of "people", "spiritual terroristic leaders" can do whatever they like (see: say to those people "go and let yourself exploding, killing yourself and other" that those people will obey). Inner Light.
