i handcuffed my girlfriend to the bed last nite and yes she still is handcuffed but she want shut up should i gagger her or just go to the pub for a few pints with the boys it's not like shes going anywhere
p-s we have agreed for her to be there till monday morning

You obviously forgot that people have a right to change their minds. If she wants let up, let her go! Didn't you have the sense to have a safe word, so you know when she had enough?

Gags can be dangerous things to play with if you are not used to them. If she is in full agreement with all of this then great, go for it, but you would be extremelly foolish to disappear off down the pub. You need to keep checking on her to make sure she is not choking or have breathing difficulties or anything and needs to be let out. Responsible bondage is fine, but going down the pub leaving your girlfriend tied and gagged to the bed unsupervised is just plain dangerous. If anything was to happen while you were away you could be looking at a manslaughter charge. If you gag her without her permission then that would be tantamount to assault, rape or false imprisonment. You need to be very sure exactly what she is and isn't agreeing to.

If she won't shut up, apparently she wants for you to uncuff her, and you are breaking the law by holding her against her will. Did she sign something to tell you she wanted to be cuffed until Monday? If not, your best bet would be to let her go, it will be your word against hers in court, and courts tend to give the woman the benefit of the doubt. Questions for you: How is she supposed to use the bathroom or eat? What if she dies from an overextended bladder or starvation? What will become of you then? I wouldn't want to be in your shoes......nuff said.

lol my friends and i were talking about this ok, you know those bars you put up in your door frame for when you do pull ups and stuff? buy one and handcuff her to it, get a whip and there yea go do you have a staircase? handcuff her to the railing [a wrist on each side] and she could face either upward or down [warning: pain if her wrists a to high but omg its great lol] handcuff her to the bed but have her stand [have her face the backboard] have fun you crazy kids! :D

She'll probably be mad at you when you remove her cuffs, so be prepared to apologize...
