i was just cruising around reading questions i found interesting, and i came across questions of when its appropriate for guys to be shirtless in public. and the majority of responses were people saying its tasteless and never, and even stuff as crazy as a guy mowing the lawn with his shirt off and his dad made him cover up. i mean, i live in america, i dont know where that stuff was coming from, but am i crazy in knowing for a fact that theres nothing wrong with guys being shirtless period. yes no one wants to see a gnarley beer belly, but the point is when you go to the beach and your in the equivilent of boxers of special material around a million people as opposed to walking off the beach and down the street back to your house and mowing your lawn, uhhhh the fact is your still on this planet called earth, how are people so set in thinking that stuff. guys get to pee standing in full view and take shirts off, girls dont. what is wrong with everyone. mowing your lawn? gimme a break.

I don't go shirtless much and never in public except biker rallies and then I have only heard complaints from other guys, I go outside in the yard shirtless, but not to the store.
Here in the U.S. it is legal for men to go shirtless, so don't worry about what anyone else says. I prefer to see good looking women shirtless and bra less but that is just me and yes ladies my wife knows, she also knows where my heart lies.

he's being 'playful' - of direction, he likes you, even even though it would not inevitably propose he wantsa a relationship with you. It relies upon on the age distinction between you and that's fairly user-friendly that he thinks you're beautiful, you're apparently VERY attentive & friendly. so which you're a stable candidate for something greater. be careful !

Most of the guys that take off their shirts in public - shouldn't!
I knew guys that need little provocation to take off their shirts. I think they like the attention more than they want to cool off.
This isn't all guys, but there are always a few that just don't get when its ok and when its not.

Guys being shirtless because of their desire not to use shirt when the weather is very hot.But people who are shirt in while on gatherings is not a good attitude, thus showing their unrespect to others who are gathered together.Thosew are uneducated guys.

i don't have a problem with ANYONE going shirtless, personally. that's probably why i have so many indescent exposure tickets.
it's a human body. it's nothing to be ashamed of. i don't understand the laws - a man with bigger breasts than i have can go shirtless, but i can't? that's crap!

its ok for a guy to go shirtless in his own yard, at the beach, or a day of fishing......just not in a store or at a public function
