since then i dont really put in effort to work up, so i maintain that weight
sometime in Feb and March, my weight dropped, and i became 86kg, because of my numerous hectic activities
and then sometime in April and May, I took up eating habits again, because I have to eat to be able to concentrate on studies (I am still a college student), and an exam was coming up, so i gained weight, for about 10kg
and now, i am 94 kg...

drastic changes in weight, huh? haha

It's OK if you have been dieting and exercising, or had a major change in lifestyle. If nothing has really changed then I would say schedule a check-up with your physician. Random weight loss could point to an infection, etc. You weren't extremely specific on the details, but as I said, if this was unprovoked weight loss you should get yourself checked out just to be on the safe side. Good luck

Well, since you are a little heavier (like me!), it is more acceptable for somebody like you to lose that much weight in 3 months. Although...that might be just a tad fast so...a little slower, to be on the safe side. You are working out rigorously and dieting healthily to achieve this, yes? I think 5-6kg a month should be the max from now on.

No. Not really. Generally a good rule of thumb is 25lbs for every 6 months. Any faster than that and it can be really dangerous...not to mention you could get alot of loose skin.

Thats a whole lot of weight gone in 3 months. Whether its healthy or not, I guess it depends on how you lost it. Best see a doctor.
