What happens if you're 16 before october 1st, when the smoking age change comes into play? Can you still purchase them?
I have heard yes and no to this question, so i thought i'd ask here ^^

You will be able to buy them in the period between your 16th birthday and October 1st. Once the age limit goes up to 18 (and you are 16 years and a month, or whatever) then it will become illegal for you to buy them. Simple as that, really....

No you have to be 18 - and if you look under 21 you will have to show ID to prove that you are 18 or over. :-)

No, when the law changes and your not 18 you will not be able to buy tobbaco products. Thier gay about that kinda stuff now! lol
but you have to look 21 to purchase (have to look 26)

no you cant purchase them. after oct 1st 18 and above only to purchase them. but you have to look 21 to purchase, and if you dont you need i.d to prove your 18 or above.
