Water and a little sun are good for your complexion.

Dirty water, heavily chlorinated water and polluted water are not good for your skin. Neither is too much sun.

Most public pools have too much chlorine because so many kids think it is fun to pee in the pool.

Some lakes are filthy with motor boat oil and fish poo. If your lake allows excess motoring, or two stroke engines, or if it stocks the lake for fishing, it is probably polluted.

Clean artesian water is usually found in old-fashioned swimmin' holes. Those are usually deep pits left over from quarrying operations. If there is such a place near you, swim there everyday, and get a little, but not too much sun. In just a day or two, you will see dramatic improvement.

I would try Mona Vie acai complex drink and gel. I have heard a lot of great success stories by people recently with skin problems. I bought a case from this company >> vie4global.com and i saved a ton of money of the retail price. I think you should give it a shot.

Chlorine can irritate your skin more. Just like you shouldn't over wash your face because it will cause your pores to produce more oil as a defense. I would use a oil free waterproof sunscreen. Then shower immediately after swimming.

Neither. Chocloate and grease don't cause them either. Pimples are usually caused by stress more than anything.

I don't think that they have any correlation at all. Keep your face clean and start a regimen of cleaning it on a regular basis.
