well, i don't think it's a heart attack. One of the common misconceptions is that your heart will hurt if your about to have an attack. Doctors say this is false. When you're about to have a heart attack, it will feel like there's a Mack truck sitting on your chest and it'll be very hard to breathe. I just wanted to get that out there so you don't have to worry.
I was just experiencing what you're feeling just yesterday. I think it's something i ate or how much i ate. My diet is poor and i dont exercise. I think it has something to do w/food, but i don't know. i'm not a doctor.

At 23 I don't think it's a heart attack but, it could be leading to a heart problem.
You don't have to feel like a Mack truck is sitting on your chest to have a heart attack, I didn't and I died, they had to bring me back. In fact it was very comfortable the way I had mine. I also had six bypasses, that's what it was leading up to.

Your nerves from you stomach go up the same way so, having acid reflux could be the same feeling as a heart attack sometimes, that's why you should see your doctor, leave him tell you your O.K.

Some years ago a friend had a heart attack playing baseball, he was 29. congestive heart failure can hit anyone at anytime so, see your doctor if it continues. Be safe.

A friend of mine has this happen to her when she has a panic attack. You may have mild anxiety.
