If you are in your 40's or older it can definatly be signs of a heart issue. Or if you are overweight. If it feels like there is somebody sitting on your chest ( like an intense pressure) then you should probably go to the ER, especially if you are one of the 2 cases listed above.

I had that happen to me a couple of months ago. I was so upset about it that my sister called the ambulance. It turned out to be a muscle strain in my shoulder and the pain was radiating down my arm and my chest.

I would go get it checked out at the emergency. Even though for me it wasn't serious, It sure gave me a peace of mind.

Sounds like indigestion but could be heart trouble. Would definately suggest you see a doc if it's been there for long.

Also, try to avoid heavy meals in the evening or eating too fast.

Just Me: how old are you, what's your history of heart problems in your family, lots of questions here but, it could be leading to heart problems.
If this continues go to the ER right away, have someone bring you, this could be leading up to heart problems.

Rush to the doctor, 9 out of ten it may be something simple but that one in 10 can kill you.

Sounds like cardiac trouble - did this just start now? If so, call the hospital and see if you need to come in.
