I've seen a lot of people talk about eating oatmeal and how healthy it is, I was wondering if there was something you put in there, my idea of oatmeal is drowning it with sugar lol bad habbit but I was wondering do you just eat it without sugar, or maybe eat it with splenda? also do you guys just use the instant oatmeal or do you actually cook it

I actually eat my oatmeal in a shake! It's quick, tasty and very nutritious.

Blend together

Cup of orange juice
Half a cup of oatmeal
1 ripe banana

I don't use the instant oatmeal, or the 1 min one. I use the whole oats. That's the healthiest way. Try the shake though... it's awesome. If it's too gritty for you u can use the 1 min oatmeal or soak the whole oats in the orange juice for a few mins before blending.

The traditional way to make oatmeal is to boil/microwave a cup of water in a bowl, pour 1/2 cup oatmeal in (no need to further heat heat, but you can depending on preference), add some cinnimon, sugar and milk and enjoy!

the best one is old fashioned oatmeal which takes like 5 min to make. I like adding egg whites when its almost done and top with chunks of avocado or skim cheese.
You can also make it with nuts and dried fruit, honey and berries or fresh fruit.
