i'm a a good size i mean i'm not fat but im not skinny either and i'm trying to get cut abs i mean i know i have to work out and everything but i don't know what food i should eat i know i have eat thing with low calorie but what should i eat

you dont have to eat low calorie foods to lose weight - you have to count calories you consume during the day. Eat 5-6 small meals a day so your body gets enough calories when it needs them and dosnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter your stats and find out how many calories you need to lose/maintain/gain weight.
The key to getting a six pack is cardio - the only fat burning exercise (we cant spot reduce body fat) - running, jogging, cycling, elliptical, rope jumping, swimming etc. - do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
you probably already have a little six pack underneath the layer of fat so you have to lower your body fat percentage to see it.

Do your crunches, do you reverse sit ups for the starting workout. Start off cutting off ALL of your junk food. Then just eat normally, like somone would 50 years ago. Lots of greens, and anything fresh or organic. Doesnt have to be "low-fat". It just cant be garbage food! Cause if its high in fat, but healthy then its probally good for you!

always have breakfast,a boiled egg and slice of whole meal toast or low fat cereals.it's good for energy levels,keeps your metabolism going.five small meals a day rather than three,plenty of water.try low carbohydrates.the only way to get cut abs is dedicated exercise just for abs stick at it you'll get
