I have really muscular legs from dancing so my thighs are naturally going to be big. but i have some flab in my inner-thighs that makes me very self concious. im not worried about the rest of my legs because i "know" they are muscular and not fat. but my inner-thighs are really bothering me...any advice?

lowering body fat percentage.
you can gain muscle but you are not gona lose fat unless you do cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min. cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body. also dont forget that diet is a key to fat loss so eat small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) - make healthy choices and never deprive/starve your body because all its gona do is make you gain more fat.
