Now is the time to be gutsy. Make a move! Tell her you like her and that you see her as more than a friend. Be clear about your intentions. Don't waste anymore time

I'm sorry, honey, but I'm afraid you're in the friend zone. Either you weren't aggressive enough when she was giving you openings (like calling you "boo" and "babe", for example), or she's an airhead who hasn't been considering your feelings about such things. I mean, you don't call a guy those pet names unless you're either stringing him along (intentionally or not) or genuinely interested in starting something up with him.

If she's already set her sights on a different guy, there's not a whole lot you can do about it now. You're going to be annoyed, of course, and you're allowed to feel annoyed. This is just one of those things you gotta chalk up to experience, I guess. Stay her friend, though -- you never know what might develop. She might decide that this guy is nothing special after all, and will break things off before anything really develops anyway.

Option number three, of course: YOU'RE OVERREACTING!! She can't talk to a guy on the phone for an hour without being romantically interested in him? Trust me, girls can do that and not have it mean a thing. I know it's a hard concept for guys to grasp, but you're just going to have to trust me on this one. Talking to a guy for a long time DOES NOT NECESSARILY EQUATE those romantic, tingly-in-the-stomach feelings.

You should not act and show yourself so interested. Act indifferent a bit, even try to make her jealous. Find another girl you are not really interested in, but keep this girl close so the other girl knows there's someone else around. It's an old tactic's but it's working. Girls don't like what it's easy or just there. If it's hard to get, it's better. And if it's not really working... then forget about her. There are plenty girls in this world :) ...

Please, please don't make the mistake of trying to "keep" a girl as if she were your property. She is a human being who has the right to choose what she will do. Unfortunately for you, that means that there is a possibility that she will choose someone else over you. It's much better to show girls respect than try to control them... in fact trying to control others is a form of abuse. I'm not saying you're abusing her but don't even go there.

Just be you. If she doesn't like you for you, then you will never keep her anyway. You are still in school; means you are young. There are many other fish in the sea. Don't waste all your heart on one girl unless she reciprocates. Find one who will.

tell her how much you like her...
tell her straight up why you're a great guy and how you care about her
don't ask about the other guy because it shows you're intimidated.
just prove to her why you're better..
you know..treat her like a lady..offer to pay sometimes...call her up..open the door for her..simple things like that.

you know what they say..
actions speak louder than words =)

well if you guys are kinda going out already....(both like eachother...) dont let jeleousy corrupt your friendship(love) between you guys...what i think shes doing is she still likes you but is trying to make you jeleous...now dont get me wrong im not saying shes doing bad im just saying....shes just trying to see how much you like her...by making you jeleous...(and if she really likes you) dont pay attention to the other guy...she wont like him if she likes you....and as for you...dont give it to much importance to it that only shows ur weakness....and well just keep being normal...and love her
