Wash it with soap and water, it's like any other scratch. It's the bite that can cause problems because of bacteria but you didn't get bitten so just keep the wound clean. A deep scratch will bleed for a bit, but as a rule they're not very dangerous. I get more cut up trying to pick blackberries than from what I get in scratches from anything else, and yes, occasionally a person does get a cat scratch.
You can also dab on hydrogen peroxide to kill anything in the scratch, which will sting. And you can take a multi vitamin or vitamin C to help healing, but that's really all you need to do.

Tell your parents tonight so they can clean it out with warm soapy water and then put some neosporin on it. Then they can see about taking you to a doctor, but sleep good tonight because even in the worst possible scenario you should be fine until your parents can decide about going to a doctor. I think I would take my kid to a doctor and mention that a stray cat scratched my child and what would the doc recommend. Only because you don't know anything about the cat, where it is from.

Rabies can be transferred by scratching or biting, according to rabies.com.
I remember a cat attacked my father and the two dogs he was walking, and it barely scratched him. But when he contacted the vet, they had him go through treatment just to make sure he'd be alright.
Wake up your guardian and tell them what happened. The emergency rooms of hospitals are open 24 hours a day.

If it scratched you, keep the area clean, and head straight to the doctor at any signs of infection.
If it bit you, watch for any signs of pain or swelling, and head to a doctor, because cat bites infect easily. My mother nearly lost her arm because of a cat bite, and I know of several people who have gotten into similar situations, because of a cat bite.
Not meaning to scare you, but cat bites are very dangerous.

Maybe it wants to live with you. Just keep an eye on the area that was scratched. Put some antibiotic ointment and a bandaid on the area and you should be fine.

Wash it with soap and water.
I know it stings, but it's the best thing to do.
You'll be fine. It's rare to catch anything from a scratch, especially if it's cleaned right away.

If the cat seemed healthy you shouldn't really have anything to worry about. If you experience numbness in the place it scratched you, then it's time to go to the hospital and get a rabies shot. :)
