Life is precious, but some things in life deserve can be more valuable than the entire ordeal we encounter in life. What could such possible things/persons be?
Try thinking in a spiritual basis....Who/What is/are more valuable to you than life itself?
God?
Your Parents?
Some person you dearly love?
Any Ideology?
Your dear country?
Peace on Earth?
Your aim in life?
The reason for my question is to display how we as human beings think of life - and to reflect how unselfish true human nature is....
I am a muslim and as a muslim, my list runs long - but I am interested in yours - Once you discover your true nature, can anything stop you from being how a human being should be.

We should all make sure we reach aims we have in our lives - and if we cannot do so, atleast allow others to do so - so my request, Please make an unfortunate person smile with a tiny speck of hope.

If we all cling together in this, a dark spot in this world, poverty, may completely be blot away.....

that's a beautiful question and sentiment =)
well there are a few things.....

For one, definatly my bf, who I very much believe will be my fiance soon :) b/c he's given me so much && he's openly received the same....he's made life itself better && I wouldn't want to have to live w/o him.

His son, because he reminds me of what life should be simply by living and playing and enjoying things without any reservation.

my connection to spiritual planes and nature itself/my belief in Wicca....mainly because I feel it directly corrolates to my feelings *about* life.

and the little moments that life could be without....but wouldn't be as good without.....nights spent cuddling and just holding onto someone, sunsets and the few times I'm awake for a sunrise, comfortable silences, the small little epiphanies that make you feel incredibly silly for living so long without realizing them sooner, seeing someone else smile b/c of something you did or said, a happy ending to a bad arguement, and one of my personal favorites= when you look out at night and it only seems like there are a few stars, but as soon as you focus on one of them, you see countless other ones that weren't in your view before....I guess just...hope.

I can think of nothing that I would kill for but many things would be worth dying for.

You mention poverty...

It's obvious there's to little love in the world when 1/3 of the population has an obesity problem and 1/3 are starving to death.

I'd be willing to die this very second if it would bring more love into the human equation...

I'm not important enough for such a sacrifice to mean anything.

That's why Jesus came and died, but for all his wise teachings it would seem that love draws ever colder even among those who claim to follow him.

May God bless you, as you seem to be a student of peace....

Blessed Be!

The most important thing in my life is my parents and my country. I would give my life for these two things. If i loose these two in my life I think that my life is useless and invaluable.
I know most people say God so that they go to heaven. I don't really care about my after life even if it is hell or heaven for me now I think that my love which I have toward my parents and my country is much important than hell or heaven. I thank God for the love he have given me and till now this is my love that have given me hope.

The most important thing in the world to me is my son, for whom I would lay down my life. My family, my husband, my sisters, all would be right up there too, but nothing comes quite up to how I feel about my son. I am a lioness.

I'm human so there are many things I want/"need". But being a muslimah, I know the only thing that matters in life is my faith to Allah (SWT). In the end (judgement day), the only thing you have is your good and bad deeds.

Allah (SWT) said:
And those who believe and do good deeds, they are dwellers of Paradise, they dwell therein forever. (Quran, 2:82)
