no it justs changes the color of the hair for like 2 weeks to make it look lighter but eventually the hair's natural color comes back

No bleaching goesn't make the hair longer, thinner maybe. Depending on how long you left the bleach on might make it stretch. But the only true way hair gets longer is by it growing out which it continues to do the whole time you are alive. Hope this Helps

No. It will just make it lighter.

Hair length on the face is determined by genetics, not by shaving, bleaching or waxing.

No. It gets longer by growing. If the hair is wet and you stretch it, that could make it effectively longer.

No, but it's uneccessary. Just leave it alone, it's better than looking like you bleached your moustache.
