Would rather spend my life worshiping myself and family and loved ones rather than some superior being that has not notified me once, never has helped me, and burns people to death if they dont follow him.

For some it is a way to cope with death. But if you accept Christ and understand his words, you will not taste death. But death has to be embraced. The day your born is also the day you start dying...

I wouldn't call it embracing death for there is a life after death, there is the hope of Eternal Life through Jesus Christ.

There are no one who embracing death.even one who think that they will go to heaven after die. Death is not the end but just starting the new one. It can be good one or bad one or even very bad one. No one can sure that they must have a better one.
so let them use the current one to reach it worth to the most of it last.

enjoying life with friends and family of course.myself,as having known a lot of people who've passed on,death is God's,(the Creator's ) way out of pain and misery, the chance to move on when physical life fails us.I don't know many people who want to die,but they accept it as physical reality, the spirit moves on.

as i believe relationship between god and humans is very beautiful and romantic, and if u determine frames for it, the job that religion does it, it will loose its beauty . i think ,since the religion and spiritulaity is engaged with peoples soul, it is a very susceptible source for cheating people by oppurtunist people. i think the people who try more and think more are more near to god. (in the end i am not christian but rules are the same)
Good Luck

The great thing about being a Christian is that you don't REALLY die.
Personally though, I'm not rushing my earthly death. There are things we need to do on this Earth before we get our ultimate reward. We need to follow God's will and serve him.

Our life after death is going to be longer than our life now. Our priority should be on our after life.
No way am I saying we should speed along the process though.
