Steamboat ingredients?

Question

I'm having a family gathering tonite and I run out of ideas for steamboat. Other than, prawns, fish and yong tao fu, do you have other ideas?

By steamboat, you mean it's an all seafood party? Then you could add mussels, clams, calamari, gumbo, scallops, paella, um that's all I can think of right now.
