The big clue is that he obviously doesn't feel the same about it. Your question is not quite clear in that is it him or you that is bi or questioning it...rhetorical question.

That was a tender spot you hit. If it was just for conversation to feel him out, that was a cheap shot. If you are serious about it and you are the bi party and it was your way to tell him, then glad you let the cat out of the bag now. He will appreciate your honesty down the road after he is finished licking his wounded ego.

If it was that HE is the one you think is bi, then his actions speak louder than words. Avoidance is an admission of guilt. He may be embarassed that you "caught" him off guard. That's OK, better now than after some STD's that you will always have.

I think that you need to clear something up here - is HE the one that is bi, or are YOU?

Based on the other answers given - this particular fact is very unclear...

Regardless - give each other space until things calm down. I think the fact that you "Confronted" him - rather than "talked with" him - is why he has been dodging you...

Do you mean that you were breathing down his neck on his sexual orientation (and not yours)? If that's the case, he probably got turned off that you questioned his masculinity. That or it's true and he's not ready to come out of the closet yet about this. At least not to you.

maybe he's a homophobe. maybe he is in shock. or maybe he just isn't the right person for you. if he can not cope with the fact that you are attracted to him but may also be attracted to women than you should seriously consider where your relationship would be going and you should find someone who will accept you for who you are.
