Incline treadmill to 15 & walk at the speed of 4.5 to 5 for at least 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week. It would be best to ask a qualified trainer for safety concerns.

if you have a fat on your belly you could do gazillion crunches and situps but will never get to see your abs because all they do is build muscle not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min. cardio will also tone your legs and butt - running, jogging, swimming, elliptical, rope jumping, spinning etc.
cardio burns fat all over your body - we cant spot reduce body fat naturally.
if you want to do crunches - 15-30reps 2-3 sets twice a week is more than enough.
