This maybe a heat rash or hives, both can come from getting upset or nervous and can also be an allergic reaction to foods, vitamins or medications.
Drink Catnip Tea, you can find Catnip fresh in the grocery store produce dept. Just brew some water, steep the fresh leaves about 10 mins, add a little sugar to sweeten and drink. It will calm nerves, distress the body, desensitize the skin nerve endings to inhibit the itching like a natural benedryl and you will sleep like a dream. If it's the hives, you will need to continue drinking tea up to three times per day for 5 to 7 days. It usually takes 10 days for hives to go away, but this tea sure makes getting over them easy.

See a dermatologist or an allergist. I get a rash on my legs called cholinergic urticaria that are little hives caused by heat. And they itch like crazy. All of last year I was having rash problems, still not sure what caused all of them, but it really helped to see a dermatologist and an allergist to rule things out. Cooling down the area can stop itching, try a cold pack or frozen peas or something.

Is it poison ivy or oak? Try taking a bath with some baking soda, that will draw out the itch. You could also put cold cloths on the really itchy spots, that tends to cool the skin. So sorry to hear you are so uncomfortable...if it continues, go see a dermatologist or your dr.

Well how long have you had the rash? Try cool compresses, (heat will make it itch more), benadryl, or calamine lotion.
